Steps to contact us by email
- From anywhere on Nellie Mae's website, click the Contact Us link in the footer navigation bar.
- A pop-up window will appear with the Contact Us email form to complete and submit.
- Complete the required fields, selecting the category for why you are contacting Nellie Mae, and include a detailed explanation of the question or issue.
- Click submit.
You will receive the following message in the pop-up window:
"Your inquiry has been submitted, and you should receive a response within one business day. If your inquiry is extremely important, please contact our customer service department at (800) FOR-TUITION (800-367-8848), M–F, 8am–8pm ET."
A confirmation of the information you submitted will be sent to your email address. If your message requires a response, you will receive one within one business day.
